Accreditation

As a Christian institution, we do not seek accreditation to validate our message but rather as a vehicle for self-improvement and to communicate the quality of our educational function.

The American Association of Christian Schools
FBS is an accredited member of AACS which is one of the leading organizations of Christian schools in the country. Founded in 1972 and now in operation for almost forty years, the AACS serves over 100,000 students and teachers in member schools throughout the United States. The general purpose and objectives of AACS are to aid in promoting, establishing, advancing, and developing Christian schools and Christian education in America.

Old Dominion Association of Christian Schools membership
FBS has been an active member of ODACS since 1979. ODACS provides valuable services and activities to Christian schools operating in Virginia as ministries of independent Baptist churches.

The North American Christian School Accrediting Agency
As an accredited member of NACSAA, FBS credentials are officially recognized by both the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE) and the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA).
